Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As with any medication, individuals may have varying experiences and outcomes. With that in mind, we have great confidence in our product and its assertions, which is why we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please note that this offer is exclusively applicable to new customers.
If you find no change when you wake up the following day, your money will be refunded. That's our promise.

A full reimbursement (excluding shipping) will be processed should the customer not be satisfied with the product. Please go to the contact page and send us a note with your name, address, order number and receipt. Instructions for reimbursement will follow.

No more than 2 doses from our multiple packs are to be consumed. Remaining capsules from the 5 and 10 capsule packs must be returned to HANG-EZE 

No more than 1 order can be returned by the customer and the customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.



Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Problems With Delivery or Shipping

If your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@hang-eze.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.For returns under Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in these circumstances.

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
