Refund policy

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Hang-Eze boxes that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

4. Returning Hang-Eze

As Hang-Eze is a consumable product, we understand that it might not be suitable for everyone. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a one-time full refund for one box of Hang-Eze only. This refund is applicable only once per customer.

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@hang-eze.com.au with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
